Extremely easy to schedule online, friendly staff, and the technician was helpful and explained what they were doing. I got results back within 24 hours and was given a copy of the images for my records. Overall great service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a local imaging lab.

I just got hit on my credit report last week from a service that was rendered in 2016. I have no way to even investigate whether it was paid or not at this point. They never updated my mailing address, emailed or called me once.

I was a little nervous scheduling and coming to my appointment since the reviews were not all that great. I am happy that i did though because Lisa took my mammogram today and made me feel very comfort during my appointment. Lisa walked me through all of the steps.

I came in several times for a series of images and here is my summary thus far - Things that went well: Most staff is kind and tries to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Facility is clean and the processes are quick + staff allows space for questions. Areas of improvement: I have been misgendered EVERY single time I have come in, usually by multiple staff, despite notes in my chart and correcting staff multiple times. There seems to have been absolutely no training in providing LGBTQ+ affirming care - this is not a safe place for queer folks. Seating options are sparse for those in larger bodies. My images have never been forwarded back to the referring doctor unless I’ve specifically asked for this each time - extra labor on me as the patient just to have basic care.
