Great equipment, clean, it's never too full, and they have very popular prices for low-income families ($40/year for the entire family, so kinda of unbelievably cheap). Location is good and staff is friendly.

1 star customer service (see below). 5 star cleanliness (good job!). 2 star value (better equipped gyms are cheaper). 3 stars for equipment (very basic). It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people. I normally work out at the senior center because it's closer to home. Cheryl (sp?) at the front desk of the senior center says "good morning" to everyone. The front staff at FAC used to be nicer. Now I'm greeted by a person who basically grunts and acts like they hate their job. Haven't caught their name, but they have colorful hair and facial piercings. Why are you hiring people with this kind of demeanor?
