I took my daughter for her hair appointment with Sierra and was not disappointed. She was so sweet, patient and very gentle with my daughters hair. (Shes very tender headed and had no complaints or tears) The hair came out amazing! And Sierra fulfilled all of our request and then some. The salon was very cute with child size chairs, positive black images from books for the children to read to posters and dolls. Representation matters and they did not disappoint. Sierra offered her a lollipop, chips and water and at the end she was able to pick a small gift from a bin which happens for each appointment. Thank you again Sierra we will absolutely be back!

Appointment rescheduled twice DAY OF APPOINTMENT . Owner was responsive, however, the braider kept rescheduling last minute. Daughter had a bday photoshoot the next day and I had to cancel due to hair appointment mishap.
