We were traveling from South Texas to Northern New York and needed a place to crash for the night. We chose this place. Only stayed for like 8 hours, 7 of which we slept. The beds were soft, nobody bothered us and the plumbing worked. That's all I know. 5 stars.

Hotel was kept well - I have stayed at several over the years in Texarkana Ark and Tex and Holiday Inn at the Convention center ranks high. Bed slept well, staff was gracious and the room temperature was awesome (I like a cold room). Plus they have Bath and Body works bath products - love that touch. My only small request is that the room lamps be updated with USB ports so I wouldn’t need a plug in adapter. Otherwise my room was nice , clean & comfortable.

So my husband saw there was a great breakfast...but was told that was not for us..because we went through a third party site. Also told the room could not be put on the rewards card..because we went through a third party. Folks..there are 5 hotels directly around you..and I could have chosen any one of them. Now they did give us a voucher for breakfast. Breakfast was great. Bar and restaurant was awesome..however your rules are just crazy. And lady that was wearing her mask below her nose..lol..why wear it at all..the housekeeper..your not fooling anyone.

My wife and I worked for IHG for a time and this hotel staff reminded us of the awesome staff we worked with back then. The ladies taking care of the front of house were kind and professional and Dennis is doing a great job in the kitchen. Housekeeping is also an area many hotels struggle in, but our room was very clean. No complaints on our stay here! Keep it up! 👍 **10/10 on your service, Dennis!
