Not open during business hours. No teller services for money transactions. As a small business client, there’s more advantage to online banks now with in-person services not available.

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years, and the Loma Linda Branch has to be my worst local center. It is always sooo slow at this branch and the times are in consistent

Completely understaffed manager won't accommodate you in anyway. Glad I don't have to come back. Security guard is nice though.
