I lived here for a year and a half. well a property next door that they also rent out. Communication here is terrible. The property manager Gary doesn’t return calls. If he doesn’t like something he’ll tell you he’s adding a “fee” for that month. Once he told me i put to much trash in the dumpster and i can’t put more than 4 bags in the dumpster a week. I had 6 bags on my porch one day and he left a note saying all the trash has to be in the dumpster by the next day or he’s charging me a $50 “trash fee”. so i had to put more bags in the dumpster. He’s very wishy washy and won’t confront you as long as possible. i hated living there more than anything. oh and mid way through my lease they raised my rent by $50. wouldn’t recommend putting your mom or dad on any of their properties.

Thank you for your response about wifi. It's a shame others have to suffer because of one person. We were hoping that my Mother in law would be able to use the photo frame she was gifted for Christmas to see pictures of family but it needs wifi . Very unfortunate.
