Had a haircut scheduled for over 3 weeks; I show up 5 minutes early for the appointment however once i got there i am told my barber left the business 2 weeks ago. Not only did this place not give me a call or message to let me know, they also couldn't give me a haircut with a different barber. Very disappointed with a place that I used to go to very often, I guess its time to find a new spot.

Great service and experience!!! I had a hot towel shave. Nice treat. I paid twice though, so beware. I paid on the app and in person. I forgot I had already paid but clearly, their reservation system and POS system do not speak.
