The lady that let's people in. Just tryed to touched my less than two yr old daughter in the face without my parental consent. She was rude and has no idea how wrong she is to touch someone else's child. I'm discussed with how This Court house treats people and or the City of Ferndale.

This court does not have any respect for people, or their time. I left work early to be there on time, and the officer/ judge did not arrive until 1 hour after the set hearing time, and my trial did not begin until a total of 1.5 hours after the designated time on my court date. I have bills to pay, I have food to put on the table. So does everyone else waiting. I could have worked that extra hour. But somehow their time is more valuable?

They are actually super nice, polite, and professional. Being that you are interacting with the criminal justice system, it’s refreshing to have a group of dedicated public servants actually treat you like a human being.

If you have to go before the Magistrate because of a MINOR traffic offense, dont bother. they dont distribute fairly. I personally feel that they are corrupt. they just want your money. save yourself the time and just pay what you owe.
