I am so disappointed and annoyed at the same time! I moved in June 30th, when I first moved in my air or heat didn’t work. They wouldn’t take any money off of my rent for the inconvenience they told me they can’t…. Now here it is 2 months later and my heat still doesn’t work!!! I’ve been complaining about it for 2 months straight now! Both of my kids are sick and I have let them know this, they don’t care cause it’s not their house and they are not paying they money!!!!! It is 67 degrees in my house!!!!! I do NOT recommend this place!!! Trust me the reviews are TRUE! We all know it will be cold I’m September the weather is changing now! Mind you every time I turn my sink on my dish washer starts leaking and my whole floor be flooded with water they still haven’t fixed that yet either!

Applied here about a month and a half ago and was given NO updates and they never answer the phone or know what’s going on. I never got approved or denied, they just took my money for both applications and stopped answering the phone. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT GET A CALL BACK. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND STOP RESPONDING.

Disgusting place that doesn’t answer phone calls, reply to emails and will let your maintenance request pile up before anything is done. At this point I’m going to small claims court and taking the legal route because this is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever rented from.
