Called to ask if they had a specific primer in stock and ask whether it could be used under a particular BM paint. The paint guy cut me off in the middle of my question saying he was too busy, and he can show me the primer when I come in. Total call was 3 minutes, including the minute and a half transfer/waiting for him to come to the phone, so it’s not like I was keeping him forever. No need to be so curt. Was planning to spend hundreds on primer and BM paint for my kitchen remodel, instead will take my business elsewhere. I will say the first woman who initially answered the phone was very nice.

Lots of capable and knowledgeable staff they have lots of stuff in that store in Clawson and I was able to find everything that I needed I will certainly go back for my Hardware needs in the future

The store is very clean, the customer service is what customer service should be kind and helpful. The cashiers are young and sweet and helpful and kind what more could you ask for? It's good to know that these types of places still exist
