I have lived here since May of 2019. It’s a small, quiet community, and the staff and maintenance crew are like family. The two bedrooms are decently sized and the one bed is quaint, perfect for a quiet lifestyle. The community is animal friendly and the communication is lightning fast. It’s definitely in my top ten of apartments I’ve lived in, over the years. Look, if you want a good home, Summerhill is a great place to start. I look forward to many more years here.

This community was fantastic at first. However, I ended up finding mold growth in my home, and when I addressed it, the response was to put in a dehumidifier. Which would be great except for there was no treatment for the mold. When I followed up I had nothing but blame thrown my way, and absolutely no patience or respect to resolve the issue. Once it started affecting my sons health, was when it became more of an issue. It seemed to make them angry, as they got very disrespectful, and told the maintenance supervisor he was no longer allowed to talk to me. He was the only one who showed any kind of patience or respect to get this handled and done with. They accused me of the mold, and I’m not sure how two people could cause mold growth that results in a child’s surgery. As well as, There was another resident who also experienced the mold, in a separate but close building .Unfortunately it came down to hiring an attorney, in which he helped get me released from my lease with no repercussions, however slander and lies started to be told. I’m sad to say I would not recommend this place to anyone, let alone people with children. Especially for the fact that even poor health of a small child as a result of their poor response, doesn’t seem to bother them. Not a family friendly community at all.

My wife and I just moved in 3 weeks ago and we are loving our apartment. The office has been very accommodating. Maintenance requests have been taken care of immediately, and it feels like a real home for us. Shelby and her staff have been a delight and we are really pleased. Highly recommend!

The apartments have gotten more and more expensive here and are not worth the money quality-wise.
