I love the stuff big lots has. But I needed a new car litter pan and All of them were on the top shelf. Now usually I'll step up and try to get something myself but I had heals on I finally had to walk up front and find someone to help me. Well they sent an very old lady smaller than me to help. Like I could have just done it myself because she just stepped on the shelf. I felt bad.but the one she grabbed I noticed it was breaking where the swinging door is you could tell it was because the plastic there was white and she said no it's not it's fine so I asked if the tray beside it come in and I was pretty sure it did. It is the middle sifter I got home and the door will not stay on at all and yes there was a part missing . I had to use it as soon as I got home I also couldn't just drive back to Jamestown anytime soon. And when I get a chance I'm supposed to take a used liter pan. All this is so unnecessary if the lady would have just said that it is probably broken I would have grabbed it. dang but everyone was nice and helpful to me. I love the price of things very good sales

The layout has changed and it's a nicer tour around the store and more organized, but, the lack of staff leaves something to be desired. But the prices are good for most things....
