Terrible service, the staff are all unprofessional! He started doing my hair at 10:00 AM and did not finish me until 7 pm. He made me sit with hair dye on my head for hours because hes overbooked and doesn't have time for all of his clients bc he is so greedy, i end up sitting waiting for him to finish other clients with dye on my head. His store manager is very unprofessional, she gives me different prices and policies everytime i go. He is very greedy, his staff dont know how to do anything bc he doesn't want to pay for fully trained and professional staff. And on top of it all he HE CHARGED ME $420 FOR A BALAYAGE keep in my mind my hair was already fully blonde.

Elie and his team did an amazing job at my nieces wedding. They were very professional and Elie takes his time with his updos to suit your taste and style . I recently made the 4 hour drive to get my hair balayaged. George did an amazing job with my hair color. Other salons I’ve been to would highlight and leave it for set amount of time and just wash out . George was very exceptional coming back and forth to make sure my hair turned the right shade before washing it out. Definitely worth the four hour drive to get amazing professional work on my hair. It’ll be will be worth your time going to this salon.

I would recommend Elie Esper to absolutely anyone. Him and his team make everyone who walks through the door feel like family. I have been in the salon numerous times and the staff, service, and the environment overall has never failed to impress me.
