It's a great place to get back into shape. Variety of classes from no gi,gi to Muay Thai. I'm obviously very biased but the instructors are great and people who train here are friendly. I waited forever before i tried this gym out and the only regret i have is not walking in earlier. If youre interested try out one of each of the classes. As far as tournaments go you can take your training as far as you want to go. We have a good mix of people who train and compete frequently so that's definitely an option. I sincerely recommend this gym. If you have any questions please stop in one day to get a feel of the place.
