Stoped here to transfer our phone carrier to Verizon. It turned out to be a very complicated process. As such, I would like to commend the shop employee Chris. This guy was fabulous: professional, informed and most important did not give up ! He made multiple phone calls for us, we were probably there close to 2 hours and while through no fault of his we ended having to visit the Verizon store in Mohegan I must commend Chris for going above and beyond to help us! Verizon this guy is a great employee!!
