Waited two hours to get told I have a "cold". The symptoms I had are much more severe more like the flu. Not coming here again, how do you misdiagnose something as small as this. It's a very common virus to be misdiagnosed.

Waste of time. I’m a deaf person and not one did they offer any accessible services despite that it’s ADA law. Staff was rude, the nurse practitioner gave my spouse and I inappropriate looks when we used sign language, which is my primary language. They don’t even have ASL as a language on their intake forms. They couldn’t have pushed me out faster with as little work as possible. Still sick and in pain and not closer to solving it after seeing them.

I couldn't even get refill for thyroid meds because according to them its been nine months since I have there to see Dr and have blood work. They want me to come in so Dr could ask why I'm there TG other than thyroid and cholesterol I'm fine just charging for services not needed.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years with my 3 boys and each experience is always great ! We get the care we need , information, questions answered , follow ups, results , everything in one place. My kids love Melissa so much I changed her to their pcp . I believe that they aren’t afraid to go to the doctors because of her . She’s always very gentle with them, and teaches them about what they might be feeling . There’s no words for what’s she’s done for my kids throughout the years . Thank you !!!!
