My friend was a client here and died because of their poor care. He told me several times over the phone about their incompetence and lack of caring. If you care about your loved ones do not send them here. I wish so much he had gone to promises or a different rehab. I’m heartbroken. Posting this to alert others, especially since the other reviews on here look fake.

CRC Institute is exceptional and helped me tremendously on my journey to recovery from drug addiction. The staff members are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and compassionate. They also run the classes and program in a positive and uplifting way that helps everyone learn how to manage their mental health with a variety of differing therapies so that one can find therapies that best fit them and work best. They also do well to balance a group but also individual needs. For anyone that is seeking addiction treatment, this outpatient program is superb and I recommend it to anyone who could benefit from any part of it. CRC Institute is truly life-chaning and I cannot thank them enough.

CRC Institute in Chicago is a fantastic treatment center that provides excellent care and programming for their clients. All the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the disease of addiction and provides the proper tools for someone to remain sober after treatment. Would highly recommend going to CRC Institute if you are looking to overcome your addiction and start living a fulfilled life.
