First time at this location but I have been shopping at other Once Upon A Child locations for many many years. The selection for bigger sizes for girls was very limited. Size 16 only had not even a full rack of clothing. The store had alot of what looked like unsorted merchandise pretty much all over the front of the store. The employees didn't seem very happy but it was late so perhaps they were tired. Only one of the fitting rooms was available as the second one was blocked by bins. I did like that the one available was big. The bathroom was also big and clean so that was helpful. I was also surprised that there were so many clothing items with stains as I am not used to that at the other locations. This is still a great resource to buy clothes on a budget so check it out if you want to make your dollar stretch. Just make sure you check for stains!

I would give 0 stars if I could workers are rude I came in no one greet me or anything its my first time coming here and I didn’t feel welcome differently being a person of color I feel like they are racist here because when a white lady came in she was greet and with a smile I stood there waiting for someone to greet me and give me instructions on how it works on selling your stuff i wouldn’t recommend coming here!!!!

This place is a mess for toys. Dont even bother. There is zero organization. If you go for clothes make sure you're comparing prices at other stores. For example- Walmart has 8$ pants, 5$ tops for toddlers..this place wanted $6.50 for some pants and 4$ for some shirts that were used and clearly stretched out/worn. Shoes were thrown in a bin to shuffle through, some of which I could only find one shoe. Do your research before going..it all depends on what you like.

So hard to sell clothes here! Brought a big full of this seasons clothes and they passed on most. None of them were worn out or stained. All brands they sell. The clothes they have for sale most look more worn out than what I brought in. Discouraging and not even worth the hassle. Also, some of their items are ridiculously priced.
