Do not trust this facility with the care of your loved ones. The staff is unprofessional and more focused on the financials versus care. Although the facility may appear to be well managed the nursing care lacks in experience and compassion. The residents in memory care are over medicated so the staff can do as little as possible.

Pros: the facility is very nice, kept very clean, the residents have great menu options Cons: poor communication skills from memory management, always indirectly subliminally addressing situations rather than being professional and either calling a meeting or having a adult conversation. I always found out new rules or changes through coworkers and never the management. Which created a lot of drama and confusion. Always acts like the families are a bother when they have simple questions. Do better and practice healthy communication skills.
