This is my first time at this LV location. I had shopped with other locations in different states before. Chicago is just the worst of all. Most sales advisors who work there seems cold, distant and down right snobby. The sales advisor I got seems new and being trained by another sales advisor. She seems ok but her trainer seems monotonous & unmotivated. (Not sure if this is this location gimmick, poor her). No smile, no emotion, no showing similar item, mostly no eye contact, no small talk. Never ask if I might need anything else. It seems like their time is more valuable than to serve someone like me. I know exactly what I want and even I wanted to make this a quick purchase, they still make me feel rushed. My item is the SLG which only cost $3xx but they still asked for my driver license. I just dropped $3,xxx at YSL few minutes ago and no one ask for that, may be different policy? I purchased LV in different location before, never been asked as well. After I paid, they talked to each other and left into their hidden room. 5 minutes later, they reappeared with the item nicely wrapped and in LV bag, handed that to me. And that’s it, I’m happy to leave the location as well, so depressing. I’m glad I am not obsessed with LV anymore.

The rudest store I have ever encountered. Went there yesterday with a friend and wanted to buy my first LV so added our name in waitlist. There was no line in front of the store. So we are chatting on the side while waiting. Couple more people are there adding there names to waitlist. A lady comes in from inside and with a rudest of attitude asks if we are on the waitlist, I said yes we are, so she proceeded even more rudely, if that was even possible, can you not stand in front of the store, can you stand at the corner of the street. Honestly, I was taken aback, not just the the ask to be on side, but the rude behavior. And these people are in customer service. I left and didn’t even step foot in the store and spent my money at the YSL store and got the best customer service ever. I know it does not matter to them, whether one person buys from them or not. However, I will never/ever buy anything LV.

Collection is fair, but customer service is not so great. We waited for more than 25 mins for some one to help us , even then it took another 15 -20 mins for them to show us the collection. Only after we bought a bag and paid they offered water, till that time they didn’t bother to talk to us itself properly. I understand many visit this place to do window shopping but when we say we need assistance atleast from that time they can do some service. I am not coming back to this location.

Jacqueline Terzian was so kind to us and assisted us with a few items. I was trying to find the right size belt and she has so much patience and professionalism I actually felt someone wanting to help me in a store for the first time! The items were well worth every single penny the experience was pleasant and made me feel like I put my money in the right hands. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers Jacqueline!

Very nice
Yes you do have to set up an appointment to shop in the store. However, I was told that if you're one of the first in line when they first open that they'll see you....only catch is it might take a little while before they'll have someone appointed to you. If you've never be in LV, they have associates that will work with you personally, so you have to wait til one is available to work with you. Hope this helps 😊
You probably have to call or go in the store to find out...
Yes
Is the Michigan store open today
