Went there put my money in machine and nothing didn't work,tried another machine and finally got it to work.....I noticed a note on wall if any issues text this # so I did nothing so I called the number left a voicemail and someone texted me back sorry etc .....can I zelle u a refund no I'm not giving u my bank information I said u can come to laundry mat where I'm at and give me my 4$ back ......so nothing as of today and several texts later nothing no response at all.......what a horrible way to serve your customers...... terrible customer service...........😫😫😫So u can answer my review but can not offer me my refund or could not come up to laundry mat to give me the refund ,that's my point it's poor customer service,there are several reviews with same Issues and if u want to satisfy ur customers u would make good on it !?!? ....so

I went this place I put money in the machine and it’s dorsnt work ,,,, the owner don’t answer my call an nobody assist me ,,,, they don’t give my money back and nothing,,,,, no vayan a lavar a ese ligar

I am unlucky there is no one to assist when there is a problem in a washing machine if it does not work when you put the coins in it, you already lost time and your money
