Stay away - do not use - scammers. I scheduled an appointment at 1, they called the day before to reschedule at 10. I drove two hours, got there 10 minutes and needed to use the restroom; the lady wouldn’t answer the door; she was at the front desk and totally ignored me. Finally after the third ring, she glanced at me, and I said I was in agony, and she gave the code to use hallway bathroom. Then when I came back, now five minutes before; she ignored me again. I She said they’d email forms to fill out and never got them. Then at 5 after she came to door and said she needed to reschedule because of a family emergency, had happened in the morning, and I said why didn’t you call me? No response. She obviously lied. Wasted four hours of my day. Yet they charge a total cost for ‘emergencies’ and you try to reschedule in under 24 hours; she made that clear twice when I was on the phone with her. Horrible. I paid 40 in parking; four hours wasted; horrible service
