I had something order and was for delivery for the 14th. They was trying to deliver it to the wrong address. I have to give more details on how to get to the house. They still couldn't find the house. They were looking for an apartment. I told them numerous times that it was a house. I call on several occasions to get empty promises and still haven't received the package. All customers service did was tell me something that they thought I wanted to hear. I talked to a manager today and she tried to tell me that it is an apartment. I asked if they use GPS I was told yes. I asked why I can get the address on my GPS, it comes up on Google earth and it comes up on my drone. The driver(s) was looking on the wrong side of the road in the wrong hundred block. It is hard to believe that FedEx can find the address and UPS can't. It is completely unacceptable for what took place. I am really disappointed on how customer service handle the situation and the lack of competent of the driver(s). At this point I have nothing good to say about UPS.

It's hard to get ahold of them. The best thing to do is go by there at 830 a.m. to catch the morning clerk

I There was no customer access location there They just transfer packages from tractor trailer to the smaller delivery Vans and trucks The yard was fenced in
It us open fro. 9am to 10am U can drop pre addressed packages at Ace Hardware at anytime.
