I actually learned to speak a little Spanish at La Quinta. We decided to get a room at place that had an indoor pool for my son so he could go swimming plus a whirlpool for him to hang in at night. We made "reservations" only to get there and find out all the whirlpools were broken. I bit the bullet and figured him and his brother could go swimming. The young lady working that night was the only positive thing that happened. She was accommodating and an absolute sweetheart. She let the boys go swimming until it was time to close the pool. The next morning we asked for towels so they could go swimming only to have the guy working the front desk tell us the pool was broken and they couldn't use it. I told him they just used it last night and he replied they let them use it because they were kids. So either my kids became adults overnight, he was lying or they went to swim in an unsafe environment the night before. I'm hoping he was just lying. We decided to cancel the reservation for the next night but he refused to refund it even though we had no intention of staying there again. He also wouldn't give us anyone to speak to except him and refused to give us the name of any manager. We ended up having to go to corporate to get ahold of anyone to refund the money for the next night. Fortunately I got to learn that "La Quinta" loosely translates to "the worst" in English. We never got our towels either.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The room was clean. The bed was very comfy and smelled of clean linen. There even was a breakfast which I didn't expect much from since we went just before it closed but it was the perfect way to start the day. This hotel met all my needs when needing a place to rest your head - cleanliness, safety, and service!

First off the room as well as the facility was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the front desk staff was very helpful with any accommodations that I needed if it was available it was provided. I was extremely happy with Nick at the Front desk. He was extremely helpful to point out that there were restaurants and other places I could order food as well beverages that offer 20 % or more in discounts with just showing key card as well as free delivery on top of the discounts. Many of the area restaurants as well as liquor store with 20% off as well as free delivery with no minimum purchase which was very nice considering I was there on business and did not have access to a vehicle, that being said I only wanted a 6 pack of beer for a business partner and it was offer no problem, that being said if you plan on coming to party . (THEN THIS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT) the guests perks were great indoor pool, hot tub, and free hot breakfast Great Place for Family with children or business.

I’m not a hard person to please, but I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I stayed here 4 nights and after the first night I went to ask for more towels and was told I needed to put my already used towels outside my door and they would wash them and return them back to me. I’ve never experienced that at a hotel.. EVER and I stay at hotels in different cities/states frequently. I don’t mind leaving my towels out, but they should have extra towels on hand when asked and I shouldn’t have to wait until laundry is done. There were times I couldn’t even shower when I wanted to because I was waiting on towels or had to use a dirty towel or wash cloth because I didn’t want to wait. One of the days they never even returned my towels, so I had to go back and ask for some and the guy was hesitant and said “let me see what I can do” before going to get some as if I was asking for some major favor. The towels also had stains in them so I’m wondering if they even use bleach to clean them? I found a piece of a black n mild wrapper in my bed on the last day there... so now I’m wondering if my bed was even cleaned before my stay. I woke up to go to the gym around 7 one day and was stopped and told I can’t go in until 8 so I had to sit around for an hour....... WHY? A lot of ppl who workout want to get their workout done early so they can go on about their day. The workers will stare you down as you’re going down the hall and it’s very uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t rude or friendly. They’re just doing their jobs which is fine to me. The Indoor pool is nice but cold. The jacuzzi was probably the highlight of my stay but not enough for me to ever stay there again. The gym is small.. has basic stuff for cardio, a small dumbbell rack, and some cables. I plan to visit jersey once a month for the next year and I was hoping to find a hotel to keep coming back to but this place wasn’t it for me. I honestly could probably look past everything I mentioned if they would have just gladly gave me towels whenever I asked. That completely ruined my whole stay. 1 Star for the jacuzzi and because I have to.
