Jolyn has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent them a return over two months ago. They ignore messages and when they do answer they just say please standby while we process the return. The website stipulates that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive a refund. This is a complete lie. If they can they will refund you at all. Do not buy from this business. They Mislead customers. Still waiting for me $150+ refund ….. I wish I never bought from this store. What more ? Their swimsuit PILL!!

Do NOT order from this company! I have been in communication with their online sales since August in order to initiate a return. Despite returning the item at the beginning of September (with the return label THEY sent me), I have yet to be refunded and NO ONE can provide me any answers. This has hands down been the worst customer service I have ever experienced with online sales. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Jolyn has had my return in their possession for over a month per USPS tracking and has yet to refund my money. Any inquiry is met with being told to keep waiting. Their website quotes a refund will be given in 2-3 days. Mae from customer service told me to wait an additional 1-3 weeks. Its now well past that and still no refund, just being told to keep waiting even though they have their product back. It's incredibly unprofessional to not promptly refund a customer once merchandise has been received. I will never buy from Jolyn again! Do not waste your money or time with this company that does not care. UPDATE: I'm aware this is the physical store but because there are few places you can review Jolyn without them removing feedback it needs to be said. An unnamed representative from Jolyn told me in an IG DM their "customer service has been lacking for a few months now." They are very aware of what they are doing and don't care and won't make any effort to fix it. They are perfectly content stealing their customer's money. Jolyn then deleted my comments on their IG asking for my refund and stopped responding. It further proves how shady this company is - they will scrub any trace of their wrongdoing in an effort to fool customers into thinking they are an honest company. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a fraud and have no ethics!!
