From the time I walked in they were extremely nice . The Store Manager and Cynthia was VERY HELPFUL ! The ASM there she gave me information on how to give away clothing to a domestic shelter . Super friendly and Helpful as well ! The Items I brought in wasn’t accepted however I was redirected to a place where someone could use them ! Love it !!! ❤️ I would say electronics , firearms , handbags , Jewelry and tools would be acceptable for this location.

Worst pawn shop in Houston would not take anyone here prices or way to high and if you pawn something they will try to give to the lest they can and the people that work there are so rude and the owner is trash.!!!! Watch out....

Terrible pawn shop, first thing if your a POC don’t even bother cause they won’t even greet you, I had to come up and say something while they just stood there starring at the computers, the owner is so rude, how are you trying to run a Buisness and yet your telling your worker what price to give me and not even looking at me or bargaining with me at all just looking away and going to your office.. but you had no problem taking to the other male right before me .. overall HORRIBLE SERVICE I won’t be going there again and honestly you should NOT be on Buisness.
