I give the people a bad rating because these people were smoking my face which I found disgusting. If you smoke on the job and the company allows ok. But don't come around me with that puffing...what I notice is the yard supervisor/ delivery supervisor was smoking out there. So how can an employee have a good example if he smoking on the job? Just saying.
