We ordered a leather couch over a year ago. Paid In full!! All we have got from store managers is lies. “It’s on the truck coming from California” that was 3 months ago, “ their “manufacturing it right now”, “we will check on it and call you back”. The store has no idea where or when it will be delivered. Buyer be ware. Do not trust this store. Update 7/27/22 - said they shipped (5/13)sofa but not chair! 6/6/22 - now said it will shipped 6/27. Should arrive in July. July is here NO furniture!!! Lies lies lies.

I saw a chair on sale at a showroom in The Woodlands, TX. They said that I would have to drive 20 miles to a warehouse in Houston to pick up this chair. I wanted to put it in my car. With total disregard for their customer they had to go to the expense of loading the chair in their truck and take it to a warehouse 20 miles away and make the customer drive to pick up a chair that was right in front of him. I will never go back to a Lazy Boy store!

Would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. It took one year to receive my furniture. Since our purchase was made in May of 2021 the store has been through 3 store mangers each one cared less and less about the “delays” we experienced. I called La-Z-Boy headquarters but they told me this location is franchised out so there was nothing they could do for me. After 9 months the Katy location told us our sofa and chairs were finally done with production but apparently La-Z-Boy doesn’t have there own delivery system to bring merchandise from there warehouses to their stores. I was told by their head of customer service that they use drop shipping so merchandise is moved from the warehouse to a shipping location and from there it just sits until a truck has room for it. If I had known all the issues I would have getting my furniture I would have never bought with them. While waiting for my living room set I’ve had positive experiences with Star Furniture & Texas Furniture Hut go there instead.
