Save yourself and don't use this company. Our delivery date was missed completely and they are so unorganized it is impossible to get anything done through them. If they say they can assist you just realize it's most likely a lie.

Been on hold now for 24 minutes, was told I would get a can delivered over 2 weeks ago. Been told next Friday twice now. By looking at the reviews and talking to my new neighbors, if I could afford my own truck and cans, I would have plenty of business. Raccoons got into my trash outside, now that it is piling up in my house, I now have ants. Had to put down a deposit immediately when I signed up for service. Could have used that for a dump run. Why charge for it until if and when the can is delivered. This is no way to run a business, but your all that's available, so what do you guys care. You will make your money. It is now 32 minutes and I'm still on hold

I have been with this company for several years. One Monday they picked my trash up, then the following Wednesday I came home and my container was gone. After being on hold for approx 30 min (just like every time I call), I was told my services had been canceled back in March….. AND THIS WAS IN JUNE!!! I never put in a cancellation request. I was told it was a “glitch in their system” and they would bring out another container. Well, here we are 7 WEEKS LATER and still no can. This is what I am being told from customer service ( I can’t even speak with our local facility bc they are “closed to the public”)…First they will tell you the container will be brought out within a week. Then they will tell you they are short staffed on drivers. Then they will start supposedly putting in “urgent messages” to someone. It is insane to have to wait this long for a container. Beware of this company!!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.
