Extremely cheaply built structure put together by low end craftsmen. You don't just hear a thud from the people above you, the room will shake. The elevator rocks and makes horrible sounds. The floors are not level so the doors don't work properly and get stuck. Leftover spackle on the ceilings. The tubs seem to be replacement tubs over the old and make all kinds of weird noises. They have locations for ice machines and vending machines but they are missing (snacks available downstairs). Employees were nice enough to relocate us from a room that smelled like a pack of cigarettes to a floor that smelled entirely of weed. Shampoo and conditioner containers empty. Again the employees were polite but the building itself is an embarrassment, don't plan on sleeping during your stay.

thought I'd make an honest helpful review the hotel is nice clean no problems there but it is not for a light sleeper you can hear every little crack and cranny from other people on Second Story heard absolutely everything upstairs all night long I've stayed in four other hotels this week and none of them was like this the AC would not keep running had it set to 65 woke up in the morning still at 73 😭

I will add a video I have to crop out my niece. Nice hotel minus breakfast service. In door pool and Gym. We choose this hotel because it wasn't far from Legoland NY. Hotel location is great a lot restaurants. The only hiccup was breakfast 6am to 9 by 8:30 staff was cleaning up and unwill to provide bare minimum. The lady was rude.

We ended up staying here when the Holiday Inn we were supposed to stay at in Chester had an issue with the heater in their pool. We rented a suite due to the size of our family. When we arrived, we called down to the front desk asking for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch as we needed all the sleeping accomodations for our family. They never came; once we returned to the room that evening we again requested sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. We were told they did not have any pillows or blankets. They gave us sheets and blankets that were maybe 12 inches by 12 inches probably for a baby? The next morning we were disappointed that the pancake machine was out of order as well as the delivery of breakfast bacon/sausage was delayed. Then when we got to the pool there was a bin filled with used towels but no clean towels. When I requested them at the front desk someone promptly brought 7 clean towels which were not enough for my family and the other family that arrived at the pool shortly after us. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We were just disappointed with the missing blankets/pillows and breakfast items. I feel that when you are paying to stay somewhere you should not have to request basic items such as pillows, blankets and towels.
