My experience at Horizon Uniforms has always been great! I have been a customer there for about 4 years and will continue to shop with them! I was thoroughly impressed with Mason, the owner, as he was the one who helped me this time. First of all, he knows he stuff, I told him exactly what I was looking for and he gave me the best suggestions. I am very pleased with the scrubs I bought. But also while I was there the phone rang, and I told him I did not mind if he answered it, but he clearly understands great customer service and he said absolutely not while he was helping me in the store. So he passed the phone off to another worker. I really would not have minded but I was also impressed at the same time. Great customer service, very friendly people, clean store, and quality scrubs! I am a happy customer!

The staff and selection were awesome. Spoke with Lilly and 2 other different employees on my visit and each one was so helpful and courteous. Was needing to order another set not currently in stock and they helped me order. Would recommend them to all my colleagues.
