Had the most uncomfortable experience here. I don’t know who the girl was “helping” process my refund today but good god, if you hate your job, quit! I wasn’t greeted when I came in, wasn’t asked if there was anything I could be helped with, nothing. You could sense my presence wasn’t welcomed by the 3 people just sitting around the register who just looked instantly annoyed, because I guess they were taken back that they actually had a job to do. What a shocker when you work in retail!?

This is my favorite Finishline out of all of them. I know if theres a certain shoe I want to get, they’ll have it at the store or order it and have it delivered directly to my house. They have a huge variety of shoes and clothing! The employees are very helpful in helping you find exactly what’s perfect for YOU.
