They advertise a 24-hour front desk. I called to make a reservation. The representative on the phone gave me one word answers and when I asked if I could check in at 1:30am since I was landing at Newark at 11:45pm he just said "No." Apparently they don't want business and can't be bothered to act professional. If the way they treat people on the phone represents how they take care of the property then I'd just stay away. Also, don't advertise things you aren't willing to follow through on.

Room was okay, price wasn't that cheap, location is a bit off, service was okay - manager doesn't speak English. I would recommend only if you need a bed to sleep in and you won't stay long.

Suprisingly decent accomodations but horrendous customer service. Check in was quick and easy, we were given the keys to room 106 and made our way there. The room was in rough shape and also two singles instead of the queen we had reserved. Cigarette holes in the sheets, dubious large yellow stains. We returned to the front desk to ask for some new sheets. He seemed confused and told us he'd meet us back here. After about a few minutes he was at our window gesturing wildy. We opened the door, and he was furious. We had rolled back the sheets undoing both the beds to inspect them, as I think most sane human beings would do after check-in at sub 100 dollar room. He was furious. Shouting that we had gone into the wrong room. Despite him being the one to give us they key, which was marked 106. He continued to rant and complain about us undoing his pee stained sheets as he exchanged our key for the correct rooms. He escorted us to the correct room and demanded there would "be no more complaining." Shockingly the other room was much cleaner. Leading me to believe the initial room had not been cleaned and just wasn't ready or something. Nearly Spotless sheets. Definitely no signs of bed bugs like other reviews have suggested.The bathroom was also very nice. Roomy shower. Didn't seem to experience the problems with hot water others had according to reviews. It was genuinely very lovely and I've stayed at red roof inns that cost 50 dollars more and haven't been nearly as well maintained. Just you know , make sure the owner of the establishment gives you the right key so he doesn't yell at you later.

Yes. I stayed 4 nights but told them I may stay a day or two longer... on my last day they called my room to ask if I decided to stay another night or two. The owner is very friendly & helpful. I was treated like a good friend.
