I only came here to return an Amazon purchase. Very quick and easy service. They now have a Sephora located in the center of the store. I assume to get more customers in the door. The thing I don't like about Khols is thier pricing. They make you think you are getting a deal by having coupons and sales but they just mark up the prices so much that you really aren't saving anything. I also never find anything I would actually wear so I stopped shopping here. But it is convenient for Amazon returns and now having a Sephora inside without having to drive all the way to the mall is nice.

Yes. Its quick and easy, located in the womens clearance area. Bring the item in with the QR code/KOH barcode, they scan the code and then give you a receipt with a coupon for instore shopping

Kohl's has a return policy that is endless take it back to the store if you have the box that would be best write down the information from your email right down the order number take it back to the store do not keep anything from Kohl's that you do not like that doesn't work for you I speak from experience
