So the first time I go in this guy sells me a $1,000 pair of clubs that he says are the best, and most forgiving. Later I found out that he didn't offer fitting or anything, he just pushed the one he had in inventory, and he wanted to go home ASAP. Fast forward 6 months and I'm trying out some new clubs because I want to get my son a pair. I hit a bad shot and it sent it right into the machine. He comes over and starts treating me like a 4 year old. At Amazon we have a simple rule we follow, "don't blame the employee, blame the process". You've got a 25k piece of equipment and haven't though about creating something to avert such a thing that will definitively happen with new players, or players with a case of the yips. Anyone who has a 25k piece of equipment in an area where new players are swinging Irons around and hitting heavy golf balls is asking for an accident. I will never purchase another thing from them ever again.

Went today after playing 18 @ Willow Springs. The Titleist driver I’m interested in wasn’t in stock. One of the employees (Tony Vargas) was a great help, polite, professional and was able to find the driver and get it shipped to me in 2-3 days. I enjoy going to this store because the staff has always been very helpful! Thanks again Tony 👍🏻
