Be weary of Sally! Lots of one star reviews and I see why I went in to have my account closed they said they would do and withdrew all my funds and said we were good to go. I got a call a month later letting me know my account was overdrawn due to fee's I called back sally told me that she had told me I needed to call in and she would submit it but she wasnt sure it would be approved I said well would you guys let me know what the answer is and she said I will submit it and hung up. Yikes what a nightmare bank somewhere else high fee's bad customer support

Horrible customer service every time I call. Today the rep was rude right from the get go. So strange to be treated like this as a customer. My dealings with Zions are related to a non-profit that I support. I'd leave them if they were my personal banker. I hate to leave bad reviews, not like me, but these guys are so hard to work with.
