We contracted Absolute Outdoor Living in Davie, Florida for a custom built Struxure pergola that was supposed to take 3 months MAX. It has been five months and there is still no progress or update after many attempts for communication. During the waiting and permit period, there have been numerous delays without ANY communication or update whatsoever or accountability between the the office Manager Vilma Pizzaro, Calvin Carol, and Mike Brown. The level of professionalism and accountability is appalling for a supposed “leader in the field”. It’s seems the only thing good that Absolute Outoor Living is doing is taking your money. We will be filing a lawsuit and complaint with the Better Business Bureau for breech of contract.

The installation of our new free-standing pergola went perfectly. The whole team did a great job. From the coordinators, to the engineers, to the installers. We were particularly impressed with the installers. It took 4 days to install (inspections included); from demolition to finish product. The installers were professional, accurate, thorough, hardworking, thoughtful, friendly, polite and patient ... a team with great professional ethics.
