Being a very old building, you cannot hold it to the same level as a fancy pants hotel. But that's why we chose it. Yes, the furniture has some wear and the bathroom looked like Aunt Betty's 1970's house. That made it feel like you were visiting family! In a nice way. There were some hiccups such as no towels in the bathroom. But the staff was quick to correct. Overall, everyone we encountered was very friendly. The places we wanted to go to were about 30 minutes away. I felt it was worth it to enjoy the scenic drives.

My husband and I just got back from the Inn. We did an overnight trip for our anniversary. Excellent stay. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay there again. Old but clean and friendly.

Awesome weekly and Monthly rate. If you aren't appreciative of the staff you should be ashamed. They'll go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. This isn't the Ritz Carlton. It's a very fair priced hotel and restaurant, with a good atmosphere in the downstairs pub, and upstairs restaurant. I lived here for about 2 months, couldn't have been more easy going and helping staff I've encountered. Even at hotels in Vail and Aspen, I didn't get the personal and enjoyable staff experience I did here, with both hotel and restaurant staff.

I was so excited about staying at this Inn. That was until we got there. Hum, were should I start? 1. Had to have the key recode twice and one still never worked. 2. Old food left in microwave. 3. Shower way to small. 4. Kitchen exhaust fan ran all night next to windows next to bed. 5. One bar of soap for 2 people. 6. Bed not comfortable. Could feel wires throughout. Will not be returning.
