Good location, employees always very polite( especially the blonde in the morning ) and if order ahead food usually ready. Though it's certainly not the best coffee can't beat the unlimited sip club offer . Bad things are can be a wait if don't order ahead,if go later in day certainly may not be all that clean. ( Only went once past noon and yea was dirty , especially the bathroom).

Placed a mobile order for delivery of a “you pick two” and a bakery item and a side. When I received the order there was no item from the bakery and my side was not included. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and half a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and received the broccoli cheddar soup however the sandwich I got was a cold cut turkey sandwich. I then tried calling the location to see if I was able to just come pick up the rest of my order and no one answered the phone after I requested help. Terrible service all around. It’s unfortunate because their food used to be great but definitely has gone downhill.

Best to avoid this location at all costs if you’re looking for a “quick lunch” as this location has become increasingly understaffed to the point of maybe only 2 people working at any time, who are sadly unable to keep up with order volume. Corporate needs to close this store until they can get actual staff in there to handle the volume of the location. Always a mess, out of condiments and coffee accoutrements, no one ever working the actual counter anymore, guests told to use the kiosks of which many are usually broken. My last few visits i didn’t even receive half the items in my order. Just go into Reading Terminal across the street and get coffee and a bagel literally anywhere else. Sad to write this as this was my go-to snack and coffee place for years, but it’s gone so far downhill it isn’t worth the hassle, time, cost, etc. I feel awful for the employees trapped working at this dismal location!! IF YOU GO TIP WELL EVEN IF YOU WAIT FOREVER.

Took 20 minutes to get our food when the place was almost empty… went back & ordered a croissant to go and waited almost 30 minutes just for them to put the croissant in the bag. There’s 3 people working behind the counter and almost no customers here. Now I know why.
