I gave this place two stars because It was genuinely is a cute store. The customer service was shockingly unpleasant. We wanted a custom piece made and they had added an extra ‘s’ to my name. The lady had polished It and gave It to us, and we didn’t notice the s until we had gotten home. The manager argued with me and said she would not rectify the issue and she would sell me another piece for full price with the correct spelling and that It was my fault for not noticing before I left the store and that I was SOL and I replied It was not like It was a ten dollar piece, let alone the employee polishing didn’t notice It either— or she did notice It and deceitfully gave It to me in hopes I wouldn’t notice and I asked what would she have done if I noticed in the store? Gave me half off for an error that is no fault to the customer? Finally she refunded me and I gave her the piece back. Was that customer service and 50 dollars worth future business?. The manager was extremely unapologetically rude. Truly unapologetic, she yelled, and her tone was snarky. Customer service keeps businesses thriving.

Was ripped off, lied to, and wasn’t offered another discounted piece or refund, my husband a disabled USMC Iraq War Veteran sign something although the work was wrong and he Illegally cannot sign nothing so I had to stop payment. I bought 4 pieces and 3 was wrong, misspelled, or off centered and I spent 300 dollars and the Manger didn’t try to offer to fix the pieces and I only wanted then one most important to me nobody should do business there especially anyone in or apart of the Military
