High school diploma or equivalent is basically it. Experience is good, but not required. You'll be trained once hired in. Hopefully that answers your questions.

All hourly employees are handled through manpower. Temp to perm.
I know why cause they over work people n dnt pay them well 13 to 15 an hour is to low for the work they do n i kno people walk out alot. So i do not understand why they wont hire directly and through manpower.
