We made some memories here for sure! Horse back riding with Jesse was awesome! It’s a peaceful trail getting to see the mountains and fall experience! Check it out you do have to call ahead to ride the horses but it’s worth it! The different kind of animals you see is cool too!

Hands down the best family attraction the smokies has to offer. I have visited the deer farm probably a dozen times in the last few years and it is such a hidden gem. Do not pass up the opportunity to stop by here on your trip to the smoky mountains.

My sister and I did the horseback riding and the petting zoo. Jesse was our trail guide, and he did an excellent job! He was fun and knowledgeable. The petting zoo was great too!

Absolutely impressed with this petting zoo! Great time & price. They have so many amazing animals to visit with.

There is also a discount if you are local. (Great place. Worth every penny.)
Depends on age range. I think 13 and up we're $12.99 and 12 and below were $8.99?
No. You can just show up. No reservations required. It is a great place to see such wonderful animals.
Yes they do. It helped us
Yes
I believe it is I remember there were ramps going into the place and there was a reserved spot near the entrance. You really should call and verify though. As far as the rest of the petting zoo goes there's no steps it's on a slight incline in places.
Depends on the disability the pathways are very rough but doable with help
I think you may want to contact the business directly vs. posting this question here to the public.
They have alot of different size ponies & horses. They should have one for anyone.
25 per person
All day they are outdoor animals lol
Yes all places in Gatlinburg and pigeon forge offer a discount. You may have to let them know prior to paying
not sure. seems like there are picnic tables outside of the actual park
I don't believe they do. They did not while my family visited
I don't think pets are allowed because they probably would scare the other animals
No you don't they'd like one for the riding stables
I don't recall seeing any. I believe they have a little concession stand there that sells food. It was across the road where they ride ponies and we didn't go over there.
Wake in? If you mean walk in then yes.
We spent about 2 1/2 hours. We spent a majority of that time feeding the deer. Would have stayed longer if it was a cooler day.
You can pet and feed all the animals there unless they are on a specific diet, like the kangaroo was when we were there.
Have to get through a gate into the deer pen. She could feed them from the walkway though
Yes, the answer from James Brown is the most complete and accurate. You don't need an appointment for the petting zoo at all, but you will want to make one for the trail ride for horse riding if you are going to do that too. The petting zoo is self guided and you go at your own pace but the trail ride is an extra price and activity and is guided so you may very well end up waiting a long time and/or not being able to go without make a reservation first.
They also offer military discounts if active or retired military.
Yes you can drive up to door on left side, then you need park car in handicap spot
I think there's room to park it in the far lot, but the road to the farm is very narrow.
A lot of them are rescue animals but they have lots of animals. They got a goat lot that you can go into and pet the goats. They have a reindeer lot that you can also go in and hand feed the reindeer's. Watch the camel and dont turn your back on him because if you are in his reach he will try and bite. They have a couple kangaroo. They have elk, they let me jump into the lot with them and take a pic. They have more animals there. Kids like it because you can hand feed all of there animals there. They also have horse back riding there also. Really nice through the warm weather. If you buy some food to feed the animals they put the food in souvenir cups that you keep. Some are glow in the dark. Really good. If this was helpful, could you PLEASE like? Thank you. Yes some are rescue but most of them are not.
Yes
I think they told us while we were buying tickets a few were from farms that wanted to be rid of them and a few were from zoos. One of them is a giant draft horse that is "retired" now. It was fun overall for young kids. My wife enjoyed going in the pen with the Asian Deer.
I beleive 20 dollars a horse. I'm not exactly sure but very reasonable and great service
A few chip/snacky stuff/drinks at the office. But that's it. They do have food for the animals.
It's a petting zoo which is not the same as a regular zoo, true. However, you don't get to feed and pet the animals at a zoo in the same way you do here. The variety off animals here is great.
