New management? Seems like they want to go out of business. Being told (at your first appointment when you show a photo of the cut you want and asking if it's possible) bluntly that you should go somewhere else... what else is one supposed to think other than they don't want the work? That's the treatment my husband just received today. Not that the haircut was impossible. They were insulted at being asked the question. Definitely going to take their recommendation and go elsewhere.

Cole who is a barber there, is good at doing flat tops. He also cuts hair as a military reenactor, so he does a lot of military style cuts.
