I went into the restaurant to have a glass of wine and order food to go. The bar area was really really crowded so I decided to avoid the hassle and order through Door dash. Well that was a mistake! I ordered rattlesnake pasta like I always do. Every single time. It was not as good as before. Noodles were much thinner. Sauce was looser and not thick like before. What little bit of Chicken I got was sliced very very thin. Won't be door dashing again! It was expensive and I was not happy.

I am a driver and I gave one of your workers, Sri, a ride home. He said he would "tip big" if I waited for him. Waited and gave him a ride...no tip. Not a very good representation of your business, especially from a fellow service worker.

This J. Alexander's location is great! Our server, Brooke, was very nice and pleasant. The food was cooked perfectly and the wait time was well within acceptable limits. I would recommend this location to anyone. thanks
