Had a very pleasant experience at JD Jewelers. We took in some old outdated jewelry with gold and diamonds. Dave designed a ring and matching necklace with our jewelry. The finished product was a unique and fashionable set of jewelry that my wife loved. The ring and necklace were much more current in design than what we took to Dave. Dave was very professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend cleaning out your jewelry drawer and give Dave and Jason an opportunity to update your jewelry to today’s designs. Not professional and will not be coming back. Went to get a small diamond on my wedding ring fixed and when I picked it up, they handed my ring back with a diamond missing. Seriously?! They looked at me like it was my fault and told me it must have fallen out in the 2 minutes it took me to walk and get into my car. Also, had them appraise my ring and they did not do it correct. It is a certified diamond and they gave it all incorrect clarity and color ratings. I went back and had them fix the appraisal and again, they kept acting like I was a huge inconvenience - even though they are the ones that did not do it correct. There are many other jewelers out there that have more professionalism and treat their customers better - very disappointed in the service I was given and how they handled both situations.
