A lovely place with easy routes for exercising.

Stranger danger. I did not feel safe and never will feel safe when visiting this park. Will have to find a better neighborhood park.

Great new trail with inclines... There is a new trail that is absolutely wonderful. I go early in the morning, there's not a lot of people on that trail, great way to exercise and get your steps in for the day.

There are tables on both sides of the park by the playground and grills. The airport side has a shelter house when it's not reserved
They have several the shortest I'd about one mile. The longest is about 5 miles
Thanks Becky but I'm looking for in the park at swann creek metro. 👍
Not yet.
No, that is a private park due west by southwest of the main SwanCreek.
There is a very nice playground and a small work out in. There is no baseball field but a large grassy area you can probably hit a ball or throw it
Yes Absolutely. There are no set rules that state you have to call Swan Creek ahead of time to have a picnic. The only time you would have to get a hold of the individuals in charge is if you were going to have a sizeable special function going on.
Its a state park so fishing license are required. I wouldn't suggest fishing anywhere without a permit. Unless you have a friend with a stocked pond.
No, not at Swan Creek....Certain parks in the Metro Parks system allow children can fish.
I am not for sure
I've seen parks all over that have the same policy.
