Very disappointing visit, our family LOVES this chain in Colorado and the FOOD is delicious but the experience here was what made it honestly very unbearable. The lady that helped us was IMPRESSIVELY IMPATIENT, RUDE and even when I was able to speak Spanish with her to try and communicate and apologize for certain confusions better she still rolled her eyes at us since she “didn’t want to deal” anymore, along with the other people that were being helped after us by what looked like the lead trainer also got their whole order messed up and felt PUSHED to the register without completing their order right… Normally don’t like to post like this but it was super disrespectful to my partner
