Horrible service. They need a manager that knows what he hell they are doing. Young kids just walking around on their phone (employees). Will never use this Pizza Hut again.

It took the manager to get my order right. Pizza was so dry, no sauce at all. Wasn't the first time at this location. I've never brought back a Pizza Hut pizza but I was getting my $14 back. Manager asked if I wanted another and I said if she made it. Pizza was great. Best I've had from here.

My order was made incorrectly and when addressing the store manager I was rudely told that “People make mistakes.” and “This is not McDonalds.” after asking for a free bottled drink for my inconvenience since the pizza was then cold by the time the issue was resolved.
