Very GREAT Customer service, I forgot the mangers name but she littlerly took her time to walk through the entire store, helping pick out more than 5 outfits for a person I was bringing to shop. She went above and beyond.

Store always feels kind of forgotten. I've been in there before when they were out of... ties. Like every time. There wasn't a single one in the store. Today I got there 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and there was a "sorry, we're closed" sign on the door. Just going to start going to a different location even though this is 10 minutes away.

When they are in season, they are at the store. Check the website if you need some now. You can ship to store for free. And also return to the store if they dont fit.
The qualit is good. Its not cheap but the convenience of having a tailor on-site and not having to shop around to find the size you need is worth.
