So, I went in here and was greeted by a very nice lady. I had several jewelry repairs, and only Eli could help with repairs. Eli was helping another couple. I stood there for almost an hour, and nothing. Finally, I said, "I'll come back some other time." He was like, "okay, bye." so it was a complete and utter waste of time. I do want to say his employee was really nice, but obviously jewelry repairs are not important there. If someone is there for over 45 minutes I kind of feel like out of basic decency some effort could have been made to help them. I actually won't be back but I doubt he cares anyway, honestly.
